How many ceremony locations are available?
Events at River Bend Ranch offers four main ceremony sites: the Lakeside Deck, Lakeside Bank, Big Willow, and Cabin Willow, each offering a different view and atmosphere.
How many guests can the Event Barn accommodate?
The warm and welcoming Event Barn offers seating for up to 200 guests.
Is there a getting-ready space?
Yes. The venue features a spacious, light-filled bridal suite with plenty of mirrors and a more modern feel.
Is lodging available on-site?
Yes. Events at River Bend Ranch offers a recently remodeled three-bedroom cabin with living spaces, a covered deck, and room to sleep up to eight guests.
Can we tour the venue before booking?
Yes. Venue tours are offered daily by appointment and typically last approximately 45 to 60 minutes.

River Bend Ranch is Awesome!!!! Dan and his team are super easy to work with, and our wedding was absolutely magical. The venue is gorgeous, and requires very little of our own decorations thanks to prejnstalled lighting and the beautiful setting. There was a small mix up on access time for the venue, but Dan was great and worked with us to get it all figured out. His team was there the whole time and helped make sure the vendors got all set up in the right place and that everything ran smoothly. We couldnt have picked a better place to get married. My brothers even got to fish in the pond while they waited for me to get ready, and several of our guests enjoyed toodling around in the peddle boats. We would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone looking to have a large event!

River Bend Ranch was the perfect venue for my partner, Sterling, and mine's wedding this past weekend (Oct.11, 2025)! The owners Dan and Jenny are such a delight and Brittney our planner is an absolute rock star!! From the months planning leading up , to the day of the wedding the whole team was truly amazing! Brittney is so knowledgeable about the area and all our vendors and she made our wedding planning experience so stress free! The property is absolutely beautiful and was the perfect backdrop for our special day. All our guests were just in awe of the beautiful surroundings! There was some rain predicted on the day and Brittney had a backup plan in place and kept my mind at ease. The sun came out just in time, thankfully, but I just know that even if it hadn't it still would have been just as beautiful! I can not sing the praises enough of Brittney and the whole River Bend Ranch team. Our wedding day was everything we envisioned and more, thanks to them!
